We offer rental opportunities for ongoing group rentals at very reasonable rates. Groups must have their own insurance coverage. Currently, Saturdays after 4pm and Sundays all day are fully rented by church groups.
Main area is the multi-purpose sanctuary room with kitchen access. Nursery Playroom and a Lounge area is also available on the main floor as add-ons. There are 3 separate classrooms available upstairs with moveable walls to suit the size needed, particularly for smaller groups.
We offer one-time special event bookings, primarily for young children’s birthday parties, baby or bridal showers on a first-come, first served basis, only one event per Saturday (morning or afternoon, must be cleaned up and out by 4 pm). This is done by a minimum fee of $100 along with a waiver of liability. It is recommended that the renter purchases their own Special Event insurance from an insurance provider.
Please note that we do NOT have a commercial kitchen, oven, or stovetop. No alcohol or smoking is permitted onsite. Tables are available (rectangular or round) along with chairs that you may set up however you would like and then put away again after your event. Sound system access is an additional cost, along with tea / coffee service.
